Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda Launched In USA

The Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been unveiled in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, to deepen diaspora engagement and strengthen global partnerships.

The gathering brought together Nigerian community leaders, industry executives, professionals, civic advocates, and other diaspora stakeholders committed to supporting Nigeria’s economic and social transformation.

The convener of the event, Mr Austine Dafe, in a press statement yesterday, said the initiative, tagged “Renewed Hope Agenda” (USA) aims to create structured platforms for diaspora involvement in investment, knowledge exchange, policy advocacy, and cultural diplomacy.

He said the agenda is built around repositioning Nigeria for inclusive growth and global competitiveness. “We are committed to building a Nigeria that works for every citizen, a nation that inspires confidence, fosters enterprise, and embraces opportunity across all sectors,” he said.

The speakers at the event stressed the strategic importance of diaspora engagement, noting the significant contributions Nigerians abroad continue to make through remittances, entrepreneurship, innovation, and global advocacy.

Participants also commended Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State for what they described as his strong alignment with the Renewed Hope vision and his contributions to governance reforms and policy implementation at the state and national levels.

The agenda’s focus on national security, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment was reiterated as central to building a resilient and competitive nation.

The Atlanta forum called for unity, collaboration, and sustained civic participation among Nigerians abroad.

Organizers described the Renewed Hope Agenda not just as a government initiative, but as a collective mission toward shared prosperity and global relevance.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Dafe said that Ambassadors of the Renewed Hope Agenda (USA) would be formally inaugurated at a later date.
