Akwa Ibom APC Stakeholders Unite at Renewed Hope Strategy Summit in Edo, Chart Path to 2027 Victory"

In a show of renewed political synergy and determination, key stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Akwa Ibom State gathered in Benin City, Edo State, for the Renewed Hope Strategy Summit, a high-level consultative forum aimed at galvanizing grassroots structures and refining the party’s roadmap towards the 2027 general elections.

The summit, which attracted prominent APC leaders, delegates, and strategists from across the South-South region, served as a melting pot of ideas centered around consolidating the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration and repositioning the APC as a dominant force in Akwa Ibom and beyond.

The Akwa Ibom contingent, led by influential figures within the party structure, demonstrated a strong presence and active participation in breakout sessions that focused on themes such as political messaging, voter mobilization, youth inclusion, women engagement, digital strategy, and electoral integrity.

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, a senior party stakeholder from Akwa Ibom noted:

“This is not just a strategy summit — it’s a rallying point. Akwa Ibom APC is ready to take its rightful place in national politics. We are rebuilding trust, strengthening our base, and aligning fully with the Renewed Hope Agenda.”

The summit also provided a platform for cross-state collaboration, as participants from Akwa Ibom engaged with counterparts from Edo, Rivers, Delta, and other South-South states to forge a united front in driving the APC's developmental vision for the region.

A consensus emerged on the need to reconnect with the grassroots, leverage the visible achievements of the Tinubu administration, and project new, credible leaders who embody integrity, service, and vision.

As the summit continues, Akwa Ibom APC delegates remain optimistic that the outcome of the gathering will reshape political momentum in their home state, inspire broader support, and lay the groundwork for electoral success in 2027.

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo.
