Wike attributes FCT progress to Tinubu’s leadership

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has said that his achievements in office are due to President Bola Tinubu’s strong and effective leadership.

Wike made this statement on Tuesday during the opening of access roads in Sector Centre B, Dakibiyu District.
He said President Tinubu’s leadership has made it possible for several projects in the FCT to be completed.


“All the roads here have now been finished, and in the next few months, we’ll return to inaugurate the Court of Appeal Division,” Wike said.

According to him, the president’s guidance and focus have made it easier for the FCT Administration to deliver results. “When you have the right leadership, things work well.

The progress we’ve made is because of the president’s good leadership,” he added.

Wike also praised Tinubu’s determination, saying Nigerians should appreciate his efforts despite criticisms.

“People will always talk, but when you stay focused, you achieve great things. Nigerians owe the president gratitude for what is being done,” he said.

Tinubu grants automatic employment to children of late FCT Head of ServiceGrace Adayilo

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo.
