Tinubu’s Reforms Yielding Results – Gov. Uzodinma

Imo State Governor and coordinator of the National Ambassadors Movement of the Renewed Hope Agenda, Governor Hope Uzodinma, has said the economic reforms introduced by President Bola Tinubu have begun to yield results.

He spoke at a two-day meeting of the Progressive Governors Forum in Lagos at the weekend.

According to him, Nigeria was like a barren woman searching for a child before President Tinubu came, and he was able to introduce the fertility drugs needed.

“Yes, they came with pains, but we are seeing results. We are not after excuses. We are interested in results,” he said.

Speaking on behalf of the Progressive Governors Forum, he thanked Nigerians for their sacrifices. “We thank you for your resilience in enduring the difficulties arising from the reforms. A more united and prosperous Nigeria is what we need.”

On the recent wave of kidnappings and terrorist attacks, he declared that Nigeria would prevail.

“God made Tinubu possible. Of late, we have seen the level of insecurity and banditry increase. Who are the people funding these criminalities?,” he asked.

He also announced that the creation of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors at four levels-zonal, state, local government and ward would ensure that there are 1,000 active businesses in every ward in Nigeria.

This, he said, would link President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Ward Development Program (RHEDP) with the Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ mandate.

Tinubu grants automatic employment to children of late FCT Head of ServiceGrace Adayilo

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo.
