2027: Why we’re mobilising resources for Tinubu’s re-election — APC UK

The Chairman of Oyo State caucus of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the United Kingdom, Hon Adebayo Amusat-Gbenla has explained the rationale why the group is mobilising resources and its members to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.

Amusat-Gbenla noted that the group believe in Tinubu’s capacity to take Nigeria to the promised land, hence they have decided to mobilise resources and members to support him.

He made these declarations on Wednesday while speaking with journalists at a rally organised by the leaders of the party in Akinyele/ Lagelu federal constituency.

The event was attended by Senators Teslim Folarin, Sharafadeen Alli, Abdulfatai Buhari and Yunus Akintunde,  APC chairman in the state, Alhaji Olaide Abas, Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu and Hon Aderemi Oseni.

Amusat-Gbenla during the interview, affirmed the readiness of the group to mobilise its members and resources for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He added that the group is interested to be part of the programmes and policies of the current administration, hence they decided to support him.

He also disclosed that the group is interested to have a Nigeria that all the citizens will be proud of.

Amusat-Gbenla said, “We are here to launch the Akinyele/ Lagelu federal constituency APC rally. You will recall that Senator Teslim Folarin was appointed as the leader of  Renew Hope Agenda for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Oyo State. We are going round to launch the rally in all the 33 local government areas in Oyo State. So, today is for Akinyele and Lagelu local government areas. That is why we are here.

“This is our home and we believe in the ability of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to deliver. No matter how we stay over there, we will want to come back home.

“So, we want to be part of the progress being made by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, hence we are pulling all the resources together to be part of the programme so that we can have a Nigeria we will all be proud of”.

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on.
