Adamawa: Gerei APC stakeholders unite behind Tinubu
Ahead of 2027 election, stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress ( APC) in Gerei Local Government area of Adamawa state have vowed to work together as one big family to deliver President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for second term.
They said this will enable him continue with his good policies and programnes which is bringing succour to Nigerians.
The stakeholders stated this at the official flag of the party’s E- registration at the weekend in Gerei town.
Speaking at the event, APC National Vice chairman North East, Comrade Mustapha Salihu, who stood in for the chairman contact committee for Adamawa sensitization, described the event as more of a re- union than a political gathering.
He further noted that the Tinubu led administration has achieved alot in improving the living conditions of Nigerians.
Also speaking, Senetor Abubakar Gerei, the vice chairman Adamawa APC Elders council, who is also the son of the soil, reiterated the commitments of all party stakeholders in the local government to work together as a team to deliver Tinubu in 2027, noting that the election will prove that Gerei is an APC local government.
Senetor Gerei further expressed satisfaction with the large turn out of party members and stakeholders who came out in their numbers to participate in the exercise inline with his promised of massive mobilization of party members.
He assured that Gerei will not only give the party the highest number of registered party members in the ongoing exercise across the country, but will also give Tinubu the highest number of votes in his re- election.
On his part, Adamawa APC state chairman, Barrister shuaibu Idris, dispel rumour of the party anointing any aspirant as its gubernatorial flagbearer, assuring that there would be a level playing field for everyone.
