The National Chairman, Grassroots Bridge Builders (GBB)Founder & National Coordinator, Project 4+4 for Buhari/Osinbajo 2019 and Project 4+4 for Tinubu 2027 comrade Garba Bello Shanono. has launched a renewed 4 + 4'  campaign aimed  at educating communities and strengthen grassroots engagement for TInubu  Reelection 
Speaking in Abuja on Thursday during  the
Grassroots Bridge Builders (GBB) One-Day National Summit and  launching  of 4+4 Project for TInubu 2027 with coordinators  from across the country,  shanono said the initiative aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to building a Great nation 
He Said "I warmly welcome you all to the Grassroots Bridge Builders (GBB) One-Day National Summit, convened deliberately to engage, reconnect, and reawaken the collective consciousness of the grassroots, stakeholders, and government in the Nigerian Project."
He explained that" This gathering is not accidental. It is the outcome of a journey that began with Project 4+4 for Buhari and Osinbajo in 2019—a movement driven by the belief in continuity, stability, and the consolidation of governance. That project mobilized citizens, particularly at the grassroots, not merely for electoral participation but for national responsibility.
According to him "From that experience emerged a critical realization: true democracy must extend beyond elections into empowerment, inclusion, and sustainable development.

Shanono emphasized that It was from this realization that Grassroots Bridge Builders was birthed. GBB was established as a permanent bridge between the grassroots and government—a platform to translate policies into understanding, programmes into participation, and leadership into impact.
According to him, “Our vision is to build a united, empowered, and prosperous Nigeria, and our mission is to equip youths and communities with the skills, knowledge, and civic capacity required for nation-building.

He noted that "Today’s Summit represents a major milestone in that mission.

"First, we are officially launching the GBB E-Learning Platform, developed by GBB in partnership with an Indian technology firm.

"This platform is designed to take skills acquisition directly to the grassroots, reducing barriers such as high cost of mobile data and limited access to training centres. It empowers young Nigerians, regardless of location, to learn practical, income-generating skills and move toward self-reliance. This is not charity; it is capacity building for dignity and productivity.
"Secondly, today we will certify 10,000 trained participants across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, trained through GBB structures operating in states and Local Government Areas nationwide. This achievement is particularly significant because it was accomplished without any financial assistance from government, individuals, or organizations. It proves that with vision, structure, and commitment, grassroots empowerment is achievable. These certificates represent skills, opportunity, and hope for thousands of Nigerian youths.

"Thirdly, we are launching the GBB National Advocacy Against Substance and Drug Abuse, as a collaborative support initiative with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). Through GBB’s extensive grassroots presence across all states and LGAs, this advocacy will support NDLEA’s mandate through community-level awareness, prevention, and youth engagement. We recognize that drug abuse erodes productivity, fuels insecurity, and threatens national stability. Empowered youths, supported by informed communities, remain our strongest defence.
"Finally, today also marks the official launch of GBB’s social and civic initiative, Project 4+4 for Tinubu 2027. This initiative is inspired by the clear pronouncements and determination of Mr President to ensure that at least 50 million Nigerian youths become self-reliant through skills acquisition and empowerment. Project 4+4 for Tinubu 2027 is not just political; it is developmental. It aligns seamlessly with GBB’s mission and vision, emphasizing continuity, reform consolidation, and long-term national transformation.
"We are confident that Mr President will be willing and ready to give Grassroots Bridge Builders the necessary backing to scale youth empowerment programmes across the 744 Local Government Areas of the 36 states and the FCT, ensuring that no community is left behind.

"Distinguished guests, GBB firmly believes that protest alone is not a solution; empowerment is. Skills build confidence. Knowledge creates opportunity.

"Engagement strengthens democracy. That is why GBB will continue to support government efforts, empower citizens, and build bridges for sustainable national progress.

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo.
