Relax Tinubu is Fixing Nigeria’, Ramatu Aliyu assures Nigerians

A former Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory, Hajia Ramatu Aliyu, has charged state coordinators of the “Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria” group to deepen grassroots engagement and bridge communication gaps between the government and citizens.

Hajia Ramatu gave the charge in Abuja at the inauguration of the group’s state coordinators drawn from the thirty-six states and the Federal Capital Territory.

She described the event as a significant milestone, noting that nation-building requires unity, commitment, and sacrifice.

The former Minister, who is also the Matron “Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria” conveyed the message from the group’s Founder-in-Chief, Seyi Tinubu, pointed out their appointments were a sacred trust, and emphasized the need for the coordinators to serve as a bridge between the leadership and the people.

Hajia Ramatu explained that the coordinators are expected to be the ears, voice, and action points of the President at the grassroots, ensuring effective feedback across all states and local government areas.

The Matron of the group emphasised that their role includes explaining government policies in simple terms, correcting misinformation, and engaging citizens through town hall meetings.

The National Coordinator “Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria, Mr Ahmed Bala, described the inauguration as a major step towards strengthening grassroots engagement and national development.

Mr Bala further called on the coordinators to uphold the group’s core values, promote effective communication, and provide purposeful leadership in their respective states.

On behalf of the newly inaugurated coordinators, the Kogi State Coordinator and Member representing Idah Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, David Zacharias, commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his courageous and transformative leadership.

The President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio represented by Senator Osita Izunaso noted that the formation of the group reflected the growing confidence of Nigerians in the leadership of President Bola Tinubu and the collective desire to contribute positively to national development.

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo.
