Buni Boosts APC Council Chairmen With New Vehicles, Support Donations

In a significant show of support for his party, Governor Mai Mala Buni has presented brand new Honda Accord cars to the 17 newly elected Local Government Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC). The ceremony took place at the State Party Secretariat, where the Governor’s Deputy, Idi Barde Gubana, represented him.

This initiative is aimed at enhancing the motivation of the Local Government party executives in preparation for the upcoming elections. In his address, Governor Buni urged the chairmen to maintain loyalty and dedication to the party’s progress.

Also present at the ceremony, State APC Chairman Alhaji Muhammad Gadaka expressed gratitude to Governor Buni for the generous gesture. He encouraged the newly appointed chairmen to show their appreciation by committing to the party’s success.

In addition to the vehicles, Governor Buni further supported the party by donating Sallah clothes to the 37 members of the party’s state executive.

To boost the executives even more, Baba Malam Wali, the Secretary to the Yobe State Government (SSG), announced a donation of Two Million Naira to assist the chairmen with fuel for their new cars.

This series of donations marks a pivotal effort by the Governor and party leadership to ensure a formidable presence in the upcoming elections.

Tinubu grants automatic employment to children of late FCT Head of ServiceGrace Adayilo

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo.
