APC LEADERS COMMEND PRESIDENT TINUBU FOR PROMOTING UNITY IN THE PARTY

Some leaders in the governing All Progressives Congress say the calm atmosphere in which the APC is conducting primary elections nationwide can be directly attributed to the style of leadership provided by President Bola Tinubu, positing that the serenity within the party would be of huge  advantage in the upcoming general election.

The President was also acknowledged for his experience in grassroots politics, which helped guide the party to enhance internal democracy and party cohesion with regards to the consensus arrangement being adopted in several states.

Speaking to newsmen in Abuja, the Deputy President of the Senate Barau Jibrin who has emerged as the consensus candidate for Kano  North Senatorial District  said such arrangement is of benefit to APC as it removes points of conflict for stability and success as the party moves to the next stage of political activity.

Tinubu grants automatic employment to children of late FCT Head of ServiceGrace Adayilo

President Bola Tinubu has approved automatic employment for the four children of the late Head of the Civil Service of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Dr Grace Adayilo who recently passed on. FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, announced this on Saturday during the funeral service held at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, where top government officials, civil servants, family and friends gathered to pay their last respects to the late Adayilo. He described her death as a painful loss, noting that she was a committed, humble and diligent public servant whose contributions to the Federal Capital Territory Administration FCTA would be deeply missed. “On behalf of the FCT Administration and on behalf of Mr President, I want to send our condolences to her family.
