APC Presidential Primary: Tinubu wins with 389,197 votes in Akwa Ibom

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary election in Akwa Ibom State.

At the State Collation Centre, Banquet Hall, Government House, Uyo, the State Collation/Returning Officer, Pastor Umo Eno, announced the President as winner with a total of 389,197 votes.

He congratulated President Tinubu on what he described as an overwhelming victory in Akwa Ibom State and commended residents for the peaceful conduct of the exercise across the state.

He also urged APC members to begin mobilising support ahead of the 2027 general elections to ensure a more decisive victory for the party.
